If you are looking for weeks 2 - 6 you will not find them.  They had a database issue that caused these articles to be completely lost.  Since I originally wrote them in the website editor I don't have a copy of them either so the result is the same.  One thing to note, I was able to go for about 8 weeks on this diet.  I've recently been thinking about taking another shot at it.  I've kept the weight that I lost on the Skinny Switch Secret Diet off, that is really what has made me want to give it another try.  So here is week 7:

So right out of the gate I'm going to tell you I lost another 11 pounds.  The swimming really does make a big difference.  I'm really very glad I felt well enough to get back on the regiment and into the pool.  Things were pretty easy this week, I didn't actually make any of the food (yay for the wife and my son who did all the work).  I was pretty busy this week getting caught up from not doing well (medically).  Did I mention I like the steak wraps the best? :) There is one that is called Chipolte Steak Wrap or something like that.  It's outstanding.

I didn't have a lot of time to write this week, in fact this is probably going to sit in the article queue longer waiting to get approved and go online then it did to write.  I promise I'll have a bigger, beefier outlook next time.  To all of you following thank you for the emails of support when I was ill.  Have a great week.
